Our first Local Partner of 2023 is… Vrouva Farm Aegina!

Vrouva Farm is a safe haven for old, abandoned and abused animals on the Greek island of Aegina. This small sanctuary is now home to over 100 animals including pigs, goats, sheep, donkeys, horses, cats, dogs and even a cow! Vrouva find new homes for their adoptable animals and support the ones who can live a better life on the farm with them. Some of their animals’ stories are heartbreaking – Angelo the horse who spent over 2 decades pulling heavy carts, Hope the cow and Suzy the pig rescued from slaughterhouses.

Vrouva Farm promote a cruelty free way of life. We can’t wait to share their stories with you and support this wonderful cause this year!
