While the last year has been extremely tough for everyone, it has been an especially testing time for the local animal welfare organisations of Greece, the majority of which are run by committed volunteers who dedicate their time and effort to improving the lives of animals.

 

In light of this, we are delighted to announce our new Local Partnerships Programme, designed to support and bring to light the work being done by some of the amazing local animal welfare organisations across Greece.

 

We will be providing vital funds to support sterilisations, veterinary treatment and general animal care, and over the course of the next year we will be telling the stories of these volunteers and the animals in their care.
